3. Eligibility Requirements
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have legal authority to sell the vehicle
- Provide valid government-issued identification
- Present clear title or acceptable title documentation
- Comply with Florida motor vehicle laws
4. Vehicle Requirements
Acceptable Vehicles
- Cars, trucks, SUVs, vans, and motorcycles
- Vehicles with or without engines
- Flood-damaged or accident-damaged vehicles
- High-mileage or mechanically defective vehicles
- Vehicles with expired registration
Title Requirements
- Clear Florida title in your name
- Lien release if applicable
- Power of attorney for estate vehicles
- Court documentation for legal proceedings
Unacceptable Vehicles
- Stolen vehicles or vehicles with questionable ownership
- Vehicles with outstanding liens (without lien release)
- Vehicles containing personal property
- Vehicles with hazardous materials
5. Pricing and Payment
Price Quotes
- All quotes are estimates based on information provided
- Final price determined upon physical inspection
- Quotes valid for 7 days unless otherwise specified
- Prices subject to market conditions and scrap metal rates
Payment Terms
- Payment made upon vehicle pickup and title transfer
- Cash payments up to $3,000
- Certified check or electronic transfer for higher amounts
- Payment contingent on clear title transfer
Price Adjustments
Final price may be adjusted based on:
- Actual vehicle condition vs. described condition
- Missing parts or components
- Access or removal complications
- Title or documentation issues
6. Service Process
Initial Contact
- Customer provides vehicle information
- Company provides preliminary quote
- Pickup appointment scheduled if agreed
Vehicle Pickup
- Physical inspection and final price determination
- Title transfer and documentation
- Payment processing
- Vehicle removal and transportation
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Accurate Information: Provide truthful vehicle condition descriptions
- Property Removal: Remove all personal items before pickup
- Documentation: Provide required title and identification
- Access: Ensure reasonable vehicle access for removal
- Legal Compliance: Comply with all applicable laws
- Notification: Inform of any liens, accidents, or legal issues
8. Company Responsibilities
- Fair Pricing: Provide competitive market-based quotes
- Professional Service: Maintain licensed and insured operations
- Environmental Compliance: Proper vehicle recycling and disposal
- Documentation: Provide receipt and title transfer records
- Prompt Service: Timely response and vehicle removal
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Company liability is limited to the purchase price paid
- No liability for consequential or indirect damages
- Customer assumes responsibility for vehicle condition accuracy
- Company not liable for property left in vehicles
- Insurance coverage applies to company operations only
10. Cancellation Policy
Customer Cancellation
- May cancel appointment up to 2 hours before scheduled pickup
- No cancellation fee for advance notice
- Late cancellation may result in trip charges
Company Cancellation
Company reserves the right to cancel service if:
- Vehicle condition significantly differs from description
- Title or ownership issues arise
- Safety or access concerns exist
- Legal or regulatory compliance issues
11. Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution

Formal Disputes
- Disputes resolved under Florida law
- Miami-Dade County jurisdiction for legal proceedings
- Mediation preferred before litigation
- Small claims court for disputes under $8,000
12. Environmental and Legal Compliance
- EPA Compliance: Proper fluid removal and hazardous material handling
- Florida DMV: Compliance with title transfer requirements
- Local Regulations: Adherence to Miami-Dade County ordinances
- Recycling Standards: Certified auto recycling facility partnerships
13. Privacy and Data Protection
Customer information is protected according to our Privacy Policy. We collect and use information only as necessary for service delivery and legal compliance.
14. Force Majeure
Company is not liable for delays or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
